Soten has professional optic design engineer and software to provide optic design service. The optic design can simulate and optimized the beam angle, light distribution, light shape, UGR, output lumen and efficiency. Proper optic design can make the luminaire to meet the needs of various lighting application and it’s a value add service for our customer.
Soten has 3D design software for Structural Design, Stress Simulation Analysis and Thermal Design Analysis for the luminaire. The use of 3D printing, CNC and other processes to make phototype for quick test, which greatly shorten the development lead time, minimized the development cost and enhance the product quality.
Our Thermal Design Engineers use Thermal Design Software to carry out effective thermal simulation. The Thermal Simulation analysis the convective heat flow, heat radiation and solid conduction which optimized the thermal distribution, enhance the cooling efficiency and ensure the LED life time.
Soten has professional Molding Design and Production Department. The facility includes: 10 Wire Cutting Machines, 10 CNC Machining Centers, 13 High-Precision Engraving, 4 Electro-Etching Machines, as well as various types of Lathes, Drilling, Grinding, Sawing, Polishing and other molding equipment. The molding cycle is about 25 days.
Soten’s Die-Casting Department produce main structural parts such as housing/body, heatsink, front ring of the luminaire. The machine pressure covers 160-800 Tons. Daily production capacity more than 5000 pieces which is fully meet the requirement of big scale production.
To ensure the product quality and shorter the production lead time. Soten set-up 3 Electrostatic Spraying lines. Focusing on standard color surface spraying such as RAL9016/9005/9006. Monthly production capacity around 200000 PCS.
SOTEN is equipped with photometric equipment that complies with CIE and ANSI standards. The measurement equipment includes: Goniometer, Spectrometer, Stroboscopic Tester. The report can be as “*.ies” and “*.ldt” format. The measurement ensures the products compliance with the requirements of ERP and Energy Star.
Safety and Quality is one of the most important work to us. Expecting conform with ISO9001:2015 Management System, the product can pass the certifications such as CE\CB\ETL\ROHS. All the product has to pass the pre-delivery testing.
Soten has 4 professional assembly lines for semi-finished and finished product assembling.The workers are well trained and on lighting professionals. Monthly capacity around 80000pcs.
